First, see what your roof in Ede needs.
Free pre-roof inspection
Every job on your tiled roof starts with a free roof inspection. During that inspection, we pay attention to the substrate, wood rot, the connections, the lead flashing, and the ventilation. We also check for damage to the tiles and assess the remaining lifespan of your roof. If most roof tiles are still in good condition, we replace only a loose or broken tile. If the entire roof covering needs replacing, we recommend a roof renovation. During the renovation, our roofers remove the old tiles and install new, A-quality roof tiles. If there is also bitumen on a flat section next to the pitched roof, we will inspect that section at the same time. We work in Ede and the surrounding area, including Bennekom, Lunteren, Renkum, Wolfheze, and Otterlo.
Our inspections are free, even if you only want to know the condition of your tiled roof. We check the substrate, wood rot, joints, lead flashing, and ventilation. If the tiles are still in good condition, we replace only what is broken. If the roofing is worn out, our roofers replace the tiles with top-quality material.

Roof tiles are individual tiles that rest one by one on battens. Roof tile sheets are large sheets in the shape of tiles that lie on the roof as a whole. With individual roof tiles, a broken tile can be replaced separately.
If most roof tiles are still in place and the substrate is sound, we only replace the broken tiles. We tell you honestly what we see, even if it is a smaller job than you expected. This way, you only pay for what your roof really needs.

The old mortar under our ridge tiles had completely crumbled due to frost. Dakdekker Specialist Ede removed all the old material and re-secured the ridge tiles with a modern, flexible roofing mortar. As a proactive roofer, he worked very neatly, and the tiled roof is ready to last for many more years.

Recently had bird-repellent brushes installed under the bottom row of roof tiles to keep birds out from under the roof. The installation was completed within an hour, and we haven't had to worry about it since.
