A bitumen roof usually has two layers, an underlay and a top layer, on a wooden or concrete roof deck. With an insulated flat roof, a moisture barrier is often placed beneath the insulation. We determine what is needed under your roof during the inspection.
Replacement starts at 59 euros per square meter, including VAT. The cost for you depends on the surface area of your roof and what is underneath the old layer.
In the event of a leak in your flat roof, we locate the spot and repair the bitumen there. In urgent cases, we will contact you within half an hour, even in the evenings and on weekends. You can read more about this at roof leak.
We will then notify you first and indicate which damage needs to be repaired. You decide whether that work is included; we will not charge anything extra without your agreement.
If the wear is in a few places and the rest of the top layer is still good, then a roof repair often enough. If the bitumen is worn in many places, replacement is the better step. After the inspection, we will tell you honestly what your roof really needs.
