Meet Santos, your roofer in Ede

About us

Would you like to know which roofer will be on your roof before you call us about a leak or a renovation in Ede? The owner of Dakdekker Specialist Ede is Santos Crisinelli, who works on every roof himself. He has 7 roofers who work with him on a permanent basis, so you will always get the same people at your home.

If it is an emergency, we will contact you within half an hour. In the evening and on weekends, Santos will answer the phone themselves. If necessary, we will come the same day, at least for an emergency repair.

How Santos Crisinelli became a roofer and started his own business

Our story

Santos Crisinelli started working as a roofer and thus started his own company. He is proud of being honest and keeping his promises. “We are always honest with our customers,” says Santos. If you call with an acute leak, we will first reassure you and tell you that it can be fixed. Until the repair is complete, we will temporarily cover the roof if necessary to ensure it is watertight and windproof.

The old mortar under our ridge tiles had completely crumbled due to frost. Dakdekker Specialist Ede removed all the old material and re-secured the ridge tiles with a modern, flexible roofing mortar. As a proactive roofer, he worked very neatly, and the tiled roof is ready to last for many more years.

We had the flat roof of our garage fitted with seamless EPDM by Roofer Specialist Ede. This experienced roofer provided excellent input regarding the upstand and the zinc roof trim.

Recently had bird-repellent brushes installed under the bottom row of roof tiles to keep birds out from under the roof. The installation was completed within an hour, and we haven't had to worry about it since.

How we work

Our working method

During a renovation, Santos pays attention to the substrate, wood rot, connections, leadwork, and ventilation. The price on your quotation is fixed. If we discover wood rot along the way, we will discuss this with you first; we will not charge anything extra without your approval. We dispose of old materials and waste ourselves, and this is already included in the price.

Warranty on materials and labor

Because Santos, after more than 400 jobs, sees where a roof weakens and we address the cause—not just the hole—you receive up to 10 years of warranty on materials and labor. A digital warranty certificate follows upon completion. This lists the execution date and the work performed.
